1. Google Drive:

2. Dropbox:

3. Microsoft OneDrive:
Transfer Method: Upload files via the web interface or use the OneDrive desktop app for automatic syncing. To share, right-click on a file/folder, choose "Share," enter the recipient's email, and set permissions. Collaboration is easy for Microsoft Office documents.
4. Box:
Transfer Method: Upload files directly to the Box website or use the Box Sync desktop app. To share, right-click on a file
/folder, select "Share," enter the email address of the recipient, and set access levels. Box also allows collaboration on documents.
5. WeTransfer:
Transfer Method: Go to the WeTransfer website, add files, enter the recipient's email, and your email. Click "Transfer." WeTransfer sends a link to the recipient's email, and they can download the files. Note that WeTransfer is more suitable for one-time transfers.
B. Here's how you can transfer files:
i. from a computer to a USB?
•Insert the USB drive into a USB port on your computer.
•Copy the files you want to transfer and paste them into the USB drive.
ii. from a cellphone to a laptop?
• Connect your cellphone to the laptop using a USB cable.
•On your cellphone, choose the option to transfer files (File Transfer, MTP, or similar).
•Copy the files from your cellphone and paste them into the desired location on your laptop.
iii. from one cellphone to another?
• Use wireless methods like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Direct.
•Alternatively, you can use cloud services or apps for file sharing, such as Google Drive or AirDrop, depending on the devices you're using.
